I have spent the last couple of days trying to find examples of other artists and textiles designers that have worked with knit and light. Much to my surprises I found it quite difficult to find any examples at all, which I guess is good and bad at the same time. Hey hopefully it just means I have come up with something vaguely original... well that how I'm choosing to see it...

I love the knitted lightshades. i want one now. Do they have to be treated to make them flame retardant?
